Vaibhav comes with a bright mind, passionate heart and pure intent to make a difference in the lives of those who are less privileged. 

He is the founding member of an NGO—Samadhan Abhiyan—which spearheads the cause of spreading awareness about Child Sexual Abuse. They have addressed more than 20,000 school children and have signed MOUs with the government schools in Delhi to allow them to conduct sessions on how to tackle this social menace.  

Academically, he is a graduate with a first-class honours degree with distinction in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Amity University. As part of his graduation, he has written 6 term-papers and presented two papers in national conferences, organised by Amity School of Economics in collaboration with CII–ITC and Quality Council of India.  

He holds a diploma in Foreign Trade from Birla Institute of Management Technology in association with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO).

He was also associated with The Indian Economist in the capacity of a Jr. Team Lead, tasked with managing the workflow of the Post-Production Team comprising of 25 individuals. His flair for writing enabled him to publish two of his articles in The Indian Economist titled, “The Indian Economist explains – Rs 500 & Rs 1,000 notes demonetised” and “The Conundrum of Welfare State”. 

He firmly believes in, “There are no failures, only lessons”.
