Tanushree believes in simple thoughts and purposeful living, backed up with tremendous inspiration and motivation from her mother. She proved herself as the jack of all trades who excelled in academics and marveled in art forms like dance, sketching, painting. Her taste in dance sprouted at a very early and she also received the best folk dancer award from former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav. She led and organized various school events involving sports, cultural and technical activities. Being proficient in organizing events, she was selected as the Placement and Training Coordinator for the CSE Department of her college. She also presented a review paper on the augmented reality project, Microsoft HoloLens, at the IEEE conference held in her university.
Along with her Bachelors in Technology, she did an Internship in Nuclear Waste Management from Ecole des Mines de Nantes, Paris and understood the adverse effects of nuclear waste globally. But of all the experiences she’s collected over the years, the one that’s closest to her heart is that of teaching underprivileged children at nearby government schools and for NSS.
She also feels strongly about mental health issues and how they are dealt with in our society and wants to tackle this by working in social impact or development space with the focus on upliftment and sustainability of education and healthcare services in the rural and developing portions of the country.
