Anubhav always had a keen interest in studying social science subjects and work for the upward mobility of society and particularly improving the life of individuals having least access to basic rights and necessities. Before joining the development sector, he completed his Masters of Arts in Education with a specialization in School Organization and Leadership Management from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. 
 
As a part of Lend A Hand India, he worked as a member of Program Management Unit (PMU) which was a conglomerate of three different organizations working together under the Directorate of Education, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, Govt. of Delhi to successfully introduce and implement a Centrally Sponsored Scheme of MHRD in govt. schools. 
 
He is also associated as a volunteer in the core team of Kat-Katha, working at the red-light district of Delhi (G.B. road) with an objective to end forced sex work. Prior to working with Lend A Hand India, he was associated with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership as a Program Leader of Education & Technology team. 
 
Anubhav has a rich experience of working on projects that involve program design, management & implementation, Ed-Tech design and implementation, govt. Partnerships & stakeholder management, policy design for organization, business Development and field research. His roles in different capacities required him to continually design and implement new strategic collaborations and projects concerning field implementation, monitoring & evaluation and advocacy. He strongly believes that social change involves transformation at several levels - agency, structures, beliefs and systems collectively.
