Significant life, Organisational Experiences(s) :
Subhalaxmi had worked as an expository writer with Youth Ki Awaaz during her college days and covered several political issues regarding the students of University of Delhi. She was also part of a campaign called “What is it like being a millennial in India?” organised by Youth Ki Awaaz in collaboration with International Labour Organisation(ILO).  Post graduation, she interned with Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights(DCPCR), Govt of Delhi and worked on monitoring of proper implementation of the Integrated Child and Development Scheme(ICDS). Further, under the supervision of a DCPCR member, she initiated an ongoing project to monitor and bridge the systemic gap between social workers, Anganwadi Centres etc and Nutritional Rehabilitation Care units of the hospitals in Delhi as a step to address the issue of rampant Severe Acute Malnutrition amongst children in Delhi.

She stands for oneness and believes that holistic development can happen only through collaborative efforts of each and every sector.
