3 day Programme in New Delhi in partnership with Nidhi Arora
Dates - 17th, 18th and 19th of November, 2016
Organisations working in the social sector face unique types of risks – strategic, financial, operational, compliance, and brand/reputation. These risks and opportunities need to be managed in ways that will help further the objectives of the organisation. Organisations may also be key players in identifying or creating opportunities.
To be able to meet the goals of the organisation, there is a need to take these into account. Risks and opportunities need to be identified, assessed, prioritised and suitable action taken, either to mitigate risk or to use an opportunity. Having the knowledge and skill to do this is an important part of the role of the development manager. This course will introduce participants to useful frameworks for application and also provide them with insights on how to manage risks and opportunities.
