Trained as a physician and epidemiologist, Dr. Monica Sharma worked for the United Nations in leadership positions for 23 years. As former Director of Leadership and Capacity Development at the United Nations, she directed programs for whole systems transformation and leadership development worldwide in over 60 countries. She created a unique response based on extensive application in governments, business and civil society world-wide –a conscious full-spectrum model- and generated equitable and sustainable results related to several Sustainable Development Goals. Currently, she engages worldwide as an International Expert and Practitioner on Leadership Development for sustainable and equitable change.
