What Makes
Social Change Last ?
Many organisations create change. Far fewer sustain it. Programs succeed, then fade. Reforms arrive, then unravel. Movements gain traction, then stall once the funding ends or the founder moves on. DoDM 2026 is built around the question beneath all of them: what makes social change last?
Rather than treat governance, government systems, funding and impact as separate themes, the day pursues them as four answers to a single question, examining the conditions that let change endure long after the spotlight moves on.
