Realizing India

November 16, 2019

Realizing India is a two-week immersion in a district in the third term of the PGP-DL, where you will build your understanding around the socio-political and economic systems in a district. You will also learn about how people in various types of communities live. You will be given the opportunity to apply the methods and tools that you have been taught to be able to analyse what you have observed, and build a coherent picture.

Based on your collective experience of the district, you will identify an issue that you want to work on in term 4 of the programme. The focus of this term is on Programme Theory and Design. You will collectively design an intervention to address the issue that you have identified. You will have access to knowledge inputs around situation analysis, project design, monitoring and evaluation, etc. that you can apply while designing the intervention.
