Graduated five batches of the PGP DM program, and have a strong network of 268 + alumni members from across 20 states placed in over 200 Indian and international social purpose organisations.
Built capacity with at least 80 social purpose organisations on systems thinking, purposeful program theory, behaviour change communication, leading and managing change, etc.
Led research on leadership development for the social sector and regularly held a forum for leaders from the social sector.
Instituted a Global Knowledge Hub to strengthen the knowledge and practice of Development Management, that has led seminal research and understanding of talent management for the social sector, developed 40+ cases for, from and by the Indian social sector, and instituted Centres of Excellence for driving leading edge thinking.
