The Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) is a pioneering academic institution focused on building and strengthening leadership for the development sector in India. We operate under the Development Management Foundation (DMF) - a not-for-profit entity registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.
Our work is anchored in the belief that effective management is key to building resilient and impactful Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs). Through our programs, research, and collaborations, we aim to reimagine how change is designed, led, and sustained.
