Copyright Policy

Indian School of Development Management (ISDM)

1. Ownership of Content

All content published on the ISDM website — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, videos, program materials, course content, publications, downloadable resources, and branding elements — is the intellectual property of Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) or its affiliated entities, unless otherwise noted.

ISDM is a registered initiative of Development Management Foundation (DMF). The content is protected by applicable Indian copyright laws under the Copyright Act, 1957, and where applicable, international copyright conventions.

2. Permitted Use

ISDM permits users to view, download, and print material from the website for personal, non-commercial, educational, or research use only, provided that:

  • The content is not modified.
  • Any reproduction retains all copyright and proprietary notices.
  • ISDM is clearly cited as the source of the content.
