Connecting the Dots: Networking
Luis Miranda realised a few years back that his core competency is networking; his ability to connect the dots. He currently chairs two non-profits - Centre for Civil Society (which is launching the Indian School of Public Policy) and CORO; and runs Take Charge, a mentoring programme for Catholic youth in Mumbai. He is also closely involved with Educate Girls, Collective Good Foundation, Sunbird Trust, 17000 Ft Foundation and the Rustandy Centre for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth. Prior to that Luis was involved in setting up two highly successful companies - HDFC Bank and IDFC Private Equity. Luis has spent over two decades raising money and building teams. Luis received an MBA from the Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
