At the Evaluation Conclave 2025 in Colombo, ISDM and GRAAM hosted a panel on building evaluation systems that truly reflect local context. Experts emphasised the need for participatory approaches, strong evaluator capacities, and active stakeholder engagement. The session called for institutionalising evaluation as a discipline and ensuring evaluations are usable, inclusive, and rooted in lived realities—so they can truly drive meaningful change.
