ISDM BOGT shall be the key decision-making body without fiduciary responsibilities, focusing on strategic decisions and leaving operational tasks to the leadership team of ISDM and support from executive trustees as required. The Executive Head shall present all strategic choices and decisions to the BOGT for their consideration and approval.
