Adil brings over 16 years of experience across the education and social impact sectors, having worked with pioneering institutions like Ashoka University, Vedica Scholars Program for Women (VSPW), and India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS). Over the years, he has built programs, partnerships, and teams that help people and organisations unlock their potential for social change.
At ISDM, Adil leads Outreach, Placements, and Alumni Relations — connecting passionate change-makers, nurturing relationships, and creating pathways for purpose-driven careers. He thrives on building communities that believe in reimagining the way the world works for good.
Outside of work, Adil is an avid Traveller who loves the thrill of the open road, a "kickass"cook who treats his kitchen like a creative lab, and a poetry enthusiast who believes that words — much like people — can move mountains.
