Siddharth Dhote is a researcher with expertise in data driven analysis of social and economic issues in India. His work focused on social justice, poverty, inequality, employment, and labour markets in India. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), The Hague. Previously, he worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Human Development (IHD), New Delhi. Siddharth has co-authored a book titled ‘Predicting Inequality of Opportunity and Poverty in India Using Machine Learning’ published by Springer, and has contributed articles to leading journals such as Economic and Political Weekly (EPW), Social Indicators Research, Journal of Nutrition, and the Indian Journal of Labour Economics
