The ISDM Fellowship encourages innovation and impact by equipping Fellows to generate new insights, develop scalable solutions, and address real-world challenges in development management. Through rigorous research and hands-on practice, Fellows contribute to knowledge, influence capacity building, and empower policymakers and communities.
Duration: 9 months

Fellows receive financial support based on their output. All Fellowship projects will receive a maximum of Rs 6 lakh per project, and those applying for DOS-based outcomes will receive Rs 12 lakh per Digital Open Solution (DOS).
Through this Fellowship, we expect outputs such as research/ implementation reports, white papers, policy briefs, developing products, frameworks, curriculums /courses, short movies, case studies, program interventions, or tools. These deliverables can be achieved through in-depth action research, hands-on fieldwork, and collaboration with stakeholders and communities to design and implement practical solutions.
