Khilesh Chaturvedi is a experienced Evaluator and Trainer with a demonstrated history of working with Civil Society organisations working for the rights of the marginalized. Conducts trainings and advisory services on Results Based Planning and monitoring, Participatory Development, Rural Development, and Training of Trainers.
Experience
He is a freelance Advisor to Civil Society Organizations working for the rights of the marginalized. He majorly works on the aspects of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME), Training CSOs on Community led Development, Training of Trainers and Training of Facilitators. He does the evaluations of projects, programs and conducts Organisational assessments. He has been working for last 33 years in the Civil Society sector with grassroots, intermediary and international organisations for last 25 years as a trainer and evaluator. His core experience is in designing and conducting customised process oriented training / facilitation and evaluation processes. He has worked in all parts of India, South Asia, the Netherlands, and some Southeast Asian and African countries. He has also designed training manuals, Standard Operating procedures, Planning Monitoring policies etc. for several organisations.
