Children's participation, childhood publics and social change: a review

This article reviews the progress of children's participation rights in England within a broader agenda of social change. The piece concludes that a nuanced understanding of change for children requires a cross-national, longitudinal perspective grounded in everyday life, moving beyond solely institutional approaches.
