Govt's Push for Data Science in Rural Development

The Indian government has launched the SOAR (Skilling for AI Readiness) program to integrate AI education into school curricula for grades 6-12. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by providing AI literacy to students, especially those in rural areas, through structured 15-hour modules. The program also includes teacher training and global collaborations, aligning with the National Education Policy 2020.
