Two Problems - One Solution - Development Through Management

Ravi Sreedharan, an IIT-BHU and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, champions “Development through Management” as a way for Indians to impact their nation. After a 24-year corporate career, notably at HSBC where he held top leadership roles, he transitioned five years ago to the social sector with the Azim Premji Foundation. Passionate about education—from early childhood care to strengthening public schools—and empowering underprivileged youth, he advocates for innovative change. Speaking at a TEDx event, he warned that without fresh approaches, we risk perpetuating the status quo, urging leaders to rethink traditional methods to drive sustainable national development.
