Professional Summary: I explored multiple professional paths but never felt fully connected to the corporate world. I realised early on that I wanted to work on something that truly mattered, with people who care. After completing my PGP in Development Management at ISDM, I joined an impact consultancy where I worked on research, strategy, and streamlining capacity-building processes. Life came full circle when I returned to ISDM as an employee. Today, I serve as a Senior Research Associate.
Education Background: I hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Operations and Project Management, and later completed the PGP in Development Management. Together, these have helped me integrate technical, managerial, and development-sector perspectives.
