Madhumita is a development professional with over eight years of experience across communication, capacity building, program management, and stakeholder engagement. She currently contributes to the Placements team for the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) at the Indian School of Development Management, where she supports students in securing impactful roles in the social sector. Her career in development began with the Teach For India Fellowship, which laid the foundation for her continued work in education and social impact.

An alumna of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, she further strengthened her development sector expertise by completing the PGP in Development Leadership at ISDM. Madhumita is passionate about mentoring and empowering young professionals to become future change-makers. Outside of work, she enjoys reciting poetry, writing, and watching historical documentaries.
