Madhumita Mukherjee is a development professional with over eight years of experience across communication, capacity building, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.

She works with the placements team for the Post Graduate Programme in Development Management at ISDM, supporting students in navigating career pathways and securing roles in the social sector. She began her journey in development through the Teach For India Fellowship, which continues to inform her work in education and social impact. She is particularly interested in mentoring young professionals and supporting their transition into the sector.
