Krutika Rajendra Katre is a development professional with six years of experience across project management, stakeholder engagement, and programme design.

Trained as an engineer, she brings a structured, analytical approach to her work. She began her career at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where she worked for over four years while also engaging with nonprofit organisations. She transitioned into the development sector through the PGP in Development Management at ISDM, and later worked with Lend A Hand India in the Founder’s Office, supporting initiatives focused on sustainable social impact.
