Krutika Rajendra Katre
Krutika is a development professional with six years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program design. Trained as an engineer, she brings strong analytical skills to her work while maintaining a deep commitment to humanitarian values and participatory development. She began her career with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where she worked for over four years while also volunteering with nonprofit organisations.
Motivated to contribute to large-scale social change, Krutika transitioned to the development sector through the Post Graduate Program in Development Management at ISDM. She later worked with Lend A Hand India in the Founder’s Office, supporting initiatives focused on sustainable social impact. She enjoys working with systems and frameworks and advocates for participatory approaches to development. Outside of work, she loves trekking, travelling, practicing yoga, and exploring food.
