Roshan brings over 16 years of experience in the development sector, beginning his career as a rural science teacher and later building social enterprises. Most recently, he served as the Digital Development Advisor at USAID, focusing on the Indo-Pacific region. Across these roles, he has worked at the intersection of grassroots organisations and global funders, helping bridge gaps between community-based initiatives and large-scale development programs.

Passionate about leveraging systems and partnerships for social impact, Roshan brings deep experience in digital development and cross-sector collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering obscure trees and attending literary gatherings in the NCR, where he lives with his wife, their six-year-old child, and two cats.
