Tenzin Chorran is a development professional with over six years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment across sectors such as education, gender, and climate change. She currently works with the Strategic Capacity Building vertical at the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), where she leads and supports multi-state impact assessment projects focused on strengthening leadership and management in India’s social sector. Her work centres on advancing evidence-based approaches to development and program effectiveness.
