This report examines whether data maturity contributes to improved organisational performance among Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs). As the nonprofit sector increasingly operates in an environment characterised by donor accountability, digital governance, and outcome-based funding, organisations are expected not only to deliver social impact but also to demonstrate measurable performance. In this  context, data maturity, defined as an organisation’s ability to systematically collect, manage, analyse, and use data for decision-making, has emerged as a potentially critical organisational capability. This study therefore aims to empirically assess whether data maturity is associated with better organisational outcomes across multiple performance dimensions.
