Profile: Arjun is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Vyaktitva, and Co-Founder of Pravah and ComMutiny – The Youth Collective. He is also part of the founding team of vartaLeap, a multi-sectoral coalition incubated by ComMutiny. Across these ecosystems, he has provided strategic direction, mentored second-line leaders, social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, and co-created narratives and high-impact public initiatives to inspire personal and social change at scale with soul.

Since setting up Vyaktitva in April 1997, he has worked as a consultant in human resources, training, and organisational development. His work spans conceptualisation, design, and implementation of HR and change interventions including organisation restructuring, performance management, role and competency mapping, 360-degree feedback, assessment centres, career planning, reward and recognition systems, and leadership and organisational development. He is also a published author of two novels, The Flawed God and End of Story (Hachette), and two non-fiction books. Ocean in a Drop: Inside-Out Youth Leadership (Sage) and ComMutiny:Sparking an Inside-out Youth Revolution (Konarak).

Education: Master’s in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics; Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1990).
