Arjun has over 42 years of experience with leading companies, many engaged in agribusiness. He is currently Vice President of Corporate Affairs at DCM Shriram Ltd, where he advises the Chairman on public policy and its business implications, manages industry association relationships, represents the company at external forums, supports policy recommendations, and contributes to governance of higher education institutions.

Previously, he was Head of Agri Business at DCM Shriram, overseeing dairy, fruits and vegetables, seeds, cattle feed, vocational training, and telecom businesses under the Haryali Kisaan Bazaar retail chain. He has also served as Advisor to ICICI Bank’s Rural Credit Businesses, Managing Director of Mother Dairy Foods Ltd during its formative years, and spent 20 years at Hindustan Unilever Ltd in commercial and general management roles, including turning around the Seeds business and Kimberly Clark Lever Limited to profitability. His interests include agriculture, economic trends, social entrepreneurship, and mentoring.

Education: Chartered Accountant; B.A. (Hons) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College.
