Profile: Arun is a Fellow (Ph.D.) of IIM Bangalore and a PGDBM from IIM Calcutta, with over 30 years of combined industry and academic experience. He began his corporate career as a mechanical design engineer, where he played a key role in designing equipment for projects for the World Bank, steel plants, and public health departments. In the later phase of his corporate career, he led strategic product and brand management initiatives, sales management, and B2B marketing.

His core interest areas include strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship development at various levels. He has published in journals such as the Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Education, IIMB Management Review, Oxford University Press publications, and the Journal of Entrepreneurship.
