Bipasha Roy is a Design Thinking Consultant and internationally certified facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® Methods and Materials, as well as a Certified UX Designer from IDF and a practitioner of NLP. She brings over 25 years of experience across Business Development, Marketing, Capabilities Development, Content Creation, Customer Service, and Event Management, having worked with leading organisations in Consumer Durables, Realty, Media, and Education.

Over the years, she has conceptualised and delivered high-impact brand and learning interventions across sectors. She launched and edited an education supplement for The Indian Express, developed sustainable franchise and business models in education, and designed co-scholastic and capability development programs that have reached diverse audiences across India, UAE, and Singapore through 500+ workshops. As Co-Founder of Mobius Space Consulting Pvt. Ltd., she has led innovation and business strategy engagements for organisations such as BSH Hausgeräte, Swiss Re, Bank of America Continuum, SKF India, GlaxoSmithKline, Lanxess India, RINL (Vizag Steel Plant), and ChildLine India. She also serves as visiting faculty for Innovation & Design Thinking programs at institutions including SPJIMR Mumbai, IIM Kozhikode, IIFM Bhopal, Calcutta Business School, Indo German Training Centre Mumbai, Flame University Pune, and Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Mumbai.
