Dr. Sharma, MD, is an educator and designer of whole systems transformation with over 30 years of global experience in leadership development for equity. She is the author of the award-winning book Radical Transformational Leadership: Strategic Action for Change Agents, winner of the 2017 Nautilus Gold Book Award for Business and Leadership. The book presents a conscious full-spectrum response model, offering tested templates, tools, and approaches to enable measurable and lasting change. Her work has delivered sustainable results across 65+ countries, addressing key sustainable development goals through transformational leadership methodologies.

As Director of Leadership and Capacity Development at the United Nations, she designed and led transformative programs worldwide, publishing and presenting over 250 articles in international forums. She offers Radical Transformational Leadership courses globally, across civil society, government, business, media, academia, and the UN, with over 15,000 alumni. Her work integrates ethical leadership, systems and cultural change, and strategic values-based action to empower leaders to create sustainable and equitable impact.
