Maharshi Vaishnav is the CEO of the Motilal Oswal Foundation. Prior to this, he spent over a decade at Educate Girls, where he held multiple roles including CEO. During his tenure, he led a team of more than 3,000 changemakers working across 30,000 villages in India to identify and enroll the most marginalized out-of-school girls, support their retention in schools, and improve learning outcomes. He also played a key role in raising over $100 million in funding for the organisation.

Before transitioning to the social sector, Maharshi spent a decade working in various roles across the private sector. His work today continues to focus on advancing large-scale impact through philanthropy and education initiatives.
