
Meenu Venkateswaran
Meenu Venkateswaran is the co-founder of Pravah and ComMutiny – The Youth Collective, and played a pivotal role in founding vartaLeap, a multi-sectoral coalition incubated by ComMutiny. She brings extensive experience across corporate and social sectors. As CEO of Pravah (2005–2010), she led organisational strategy, managed teams, and oversaw programme implementation.
She has contributed to designing and implementing leadership development programmes and organisational development interventions for youth, facilitators, and social sector leaders. As guest faculty at ISDM, she teaches the course ‘Par-us-Par – Spurring Collectivization: Nurturing Alliances, Networks, and Coalitions.’ She is co-author of Ocean in a Drop – Inside Out Youth Leadership (Sage, 2013), serves as a lead member at Vyaktitva consulting with organisations such as J-PAL, Breakthrough, and Porticus. She is also a co-founder of Indicult, a slow fashion lifestyle brand promoting artisans across India.
