
Nidhi Pundhir
Dr. Pundhir is an international humanitarian services and socio-economic-environmental development specialist with over 27 years of experience advancing human rights and environmental action at national and global levels. As Senior Vice President, Global CSR at HCLTech, she leads the company’s global CSR agenda and heads the HCLFoundation in India. She has designed and executed programmatic frameworks aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on the most disadvantaged and isolated communities, and has envisioned and shaped HCLTech’s flagship Global CSR Policy and the Foundation’s strategic direction.
Previously, she served as Director Programme Development, Asia at SOS Children’s Villages and as Global Advisor on Child Protection in Development at Plan International’s International Headquarters. She has travelled to nearly 40 countries in pursuit of social development initiatives and brings deep expertise in poverty alleviation and community-centred approaches.
Education: Doctorate in Public Health Management from IIHMR University, Jaipur (thesis on “Right to Health During First 1000 Days of Life for Children Living in Slums”); M.Phil. in Health Systems Management from BITS Pilani, India; Equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Indian Classical Dance (Kathak) from Gandharv Mahavidyalaya.
