Ruchi Ghose

Founder Director, Viridus Social Impact Solutions

Profile: Ruchi is a designer and facilitator of experiences that enable individuals and organisations to work towards greater wellbeing. Deeply committed to cultivating wellbeing as a learnable skill, she works with educational institutions and social sector organisations to build awareness and capacities for socio-emotional growth. Her journey in education began as a primary school teacher at The Shri Ram School, Aravalli (2001), and has since evolved into a sustained engagement with educational change and leadership development.

Her experience spans teacher professional development, school leadership coaching, whole-school transformation, and the design of technology-supported solutions for educational change. She has worked with The Teacher Foundation and the Azim Premji Foundation (2010–2017), where she contributed to setting up demonstration schools, designing instructional leadership programs, and supporting school leaders and government functionaries. She has also been part of collaborative research initiatives and has authored and co-authored publications on teacher development, peer learning, and educational reform.
