Sharad Agarwal is an education sector professional who works closely with schools to improve the quality of education and strengthen academic outcomes. With over two decades of experience, he began his career in the automotive industry working with global OEMs across multiple regions before transitioning to the education sector to drive improvements in K–12 education across India.

He also serves on the board of IIMPACT, a nonprofit organisation that works to educate and mainstream out-of-school girls. Through its extensive network of learning centres, IIMPACT has supported tens of thousands of girls to access education and opportunities. Sharad combines industry experience with a strong commitment to social impact and educational transformation.
