Profile: Shruti is the Service Engagement Specialist at PRIA International Academy with over four years of experience in youth engagement, participatory research, capacity building, teacher professional development, and education. Prior to this role, she worked as a Program Officer at PRIA (Participatory Research in Asia), where she was part of teams designing and supporting fellowship programmes that amplify young voices in governance and climate action across South and Southeast Asia.

Her work includes facilitating trainings, mentoring young researchers, and contributing to research studies on digital trust, climate-resilient cities, and inclusive urban development. With a background in social work, Shruti believes in collaborative, community-based efforts to drive meaningful change and continues to learn through on-the-ground engagement.

Education: Master’s in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia; Political Science (Honours) from Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
