Afsar began his professional journey in 2009, working in inbound and outbound sales for a BPO. At Wyra Knowledge Solutions, he held multiple roles including Customer Care Executive and Education Counsellor, and also managed a team handling educational processes.

He is passionate about continuous learning and skill development. In his spare time, he enjoys singing and teaching.
