Deeksha Punia brings over 20 years of experience across human resources and organisational development.

She spent a significant part of her career at Sapient, where she held senior management roles across talent acquisition and development, as well as workforce planning and deployment. She transitioned into the social sector in 2012, beginning with work in Kenya supporting fundraising initiatives, and later deepened her engagement in India through the India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) programme.
