Malini is the Executive Director for India at the World Monuments Fund and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several organisations including Max Financial Services Limited, Max Estates Ltd., and AU Small Finance Bank. She is also a Director at ACCESS Development Services and works as a board adviser to corporates and trustee to several nonprofit organisations. Her work focuses on helping institutions future-proof themselves by integrating sustainability and ESG principles into their strategic vision.

With extensive leadership experience across the corporate and development sectors, Malini advises organisations on governance, sustainability, and long-term strategic transformation. She contributes as a faculty member for the course Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
