Muthu Kumaran is a transdisciplinary development professional and leadership coach with experience across sectors including education, organisational development, disaster management, ecology, livelihoods, gender, disability, governance, and community development.

Since 2013, he has worked as a consultant and coach, focusing on strengthening grassroots initiatives and building agency within communities and institutions.

He is the founder of RTL Academy, where he promotes ethical leadership and develops practitioner communities around Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). His work includes designing and facilitating training programmes that integrate STEAM, value-based project design, and RTL methodologies, including workshops conducted at ISDM.
