Muthu Kumaran is a transdisciplinary development professional and leadership coach with a background in civil engineering, remote sensing, and human geography. Since 2013, he has worked as a consultant and coach across diverse sectors including education, organisational development, disaster management, ecology, livelihoods, gender, disability, governance, and community development. His work focuses on strengthening grassroots initiatives and fostering agency within communities and institutions.

As the founder of RTL-Academy, he works to promote ethical leadership and build a global community of practitioner coaches in Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). Through his work, he delivers training programs that integrate STEAM, value-based project design, and RTL methodologies for institutions and organisations. He conducts the workshop on Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL).
