Pratul Shroff is a serial entrepreneur, venture investor, and philanthropist with over three decades of leadership in technology entrepreneurship and social impact. He is best known as the Founder and former CEO of eInfochips and has played a key role in advancing India’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.

Pratul led the company as CEO, building it into a global engineering services firm specializing in semiconductor design, embedded systems, and product engineering solutions. Under his leadership, the company became a prominent player in the global technology services landscape. Earlier in his career, he worked with leading technology companies including Intel, gaining experience in engineering and innovation.

Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, he is actively involved in venture investing and startup mentorship. He established the Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation, which focuses on grassroots development initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods, promoting entrepreneurship, and strengthening rural communities in India.
