Rama is an executive and leadership coach with over two decades of senior management experience across corporate and development sectors in India and the Asia Pacific region. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation, she works closely with CXOs and senior leaders to help them define and achieve goals for holistic success.

She serves as an Independent Director at Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd and is a board member and advisor to organisations such as Beyond Capital Fund (USA) and Theia Ventures. Rama is also associated with several organisations in advisory and mentoring roles, including Villgro Innovations Foundation and UNITAR. She contributes as adjunct faculty and co-teaches the course Social Entrepreneurship.
