Ritika is an education systems and governance specialist with over six years of experience driving large-scale Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) reforms across Madhya Pradesh and Delhi. She has supported program implementation across more than 2,200 government schools, trained over 3,400 teachers, and strengthened the instructional leadership of district officials, teachers, headmasters, and master trainers. Her work focuses on program design, stakeholder coordination, and capacity building, contributing to strong district-level outcomes under Mission NIPUN.
