Sajit brings over 15 years of experience working with social purpose organisations across education, disability, livelihoods, and healthcare. He has led work in resource mobilisation and programme management, including managing livelihood projects across 17 states in India. His experience also includes grant management and building relationships with national and international donors.

At ISDM, he focuses on strengthening knowledge infrastructure and enabling effective knowledge transfer across teams and students, including the development and evolution of the institution’s learning management systems.
