Sana Siddiqui is a legal professional with over two decades of experience promoting and protecting human rights through socio-legal empowerment. Her work engages diverse stakeholders including vulnerable communities, government administrations, law enforcement agencies, elected representatives, the judiciary, the bar, and civil society organisations. Through this work, she has developed deep expertise in advancing human rights awareness and designing programmes rooted in constitutional values and human dignity.

Currently associated with We, The People Abhiyan, she leads capacity-building programmes and contributes to research and the development of educational modules and content. She has previously worked with organisations such as Satark Nagar Sangathan, Vigyan Foundation, HAQ Centre for Child Rights, the National Commission for Women, and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. She has also served as Associate Editor of Juvenile Justice System: A Manual for Stakeholders and co-authored books in the Hamare Kanoon series, along with producing awareness materials on welfare schemes and labour rights.
