Sana Siddiqui is a legal professional with over two decades of experience in advancing human rights through socio-legal work.

Her work spans engagement with diverse stakeholders, including communities, government institutions, law enforcement, the judiciary, and civil society, with a focus on designing and implementing programmes rooted in constitutional values and rights-based approaches.

She is currently associated with We The People Abhiyan, where she leads capacity-building initiatives and contributes to research and curriculum development. Her previous experience includes work with organisations such as Satark Nagar Sangathan, Vigyan Foundation, HAQ Centre for Child Rights, the National Commission for Women, and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. She has also contributed to publications on the juvenile justice system and co-authored books in the Hamare Kanoon series.
