Sanjana Kaushik is a social development professional with over nine years of experience designing and implementing initiatives across health, livelihoods, education, and governance. She currently serves as Manager – Outreach for the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) at the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), where she engages diverse stakeholders and supports prospective students through outreach and mentorship.

Prior to joining ISDM, Sanjana worked as Manager at Village Square, a social enterprise by Transform Rural India, where she designed youth-focused programs, built strategic partnerships, and led outreach initiatives encouraging urban youth to engage with rural issues. An alumna of ISDM’s Post Graduate Program in Development Leadership, she is passionate about participatory approaches to social change, particularly those empowering women and youth.
