Setika is a social entrepreneur, development professional, and angel investor focused on rural empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and women’s economic participation. She is the Founder of Sabrangi Handmade Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise that promotes traditional Indian handloom and handicrafts while creating livelihood opportunities for rural artisans, particularly women. Through her work, she has contributed to reviving traditional crafts and building market linkages for rural producers.

She has also served as Executive Director of the Takshila Foundation, where she led initiatives in rural development and skill-building, enabling women to achieve financial independence. In addition, Setika is an active angel investor, supporting early-stage startups such as Legistify. Her work reflects a strong commitment to combining entrepreneurship with inclusive and community-driven development.
