Sharad Heda is an IT industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in business strategy, technology leadership, and organisational transformation. He retired as Chief of Staff at Microland and now works as a strategy consultant, supporting organisations in aligning long-term vision with effective execution and governance.

As the founder of Pot2Kinetic Consulting, he partners with mid-size and large organisations to drive growth strategies and mentor leaders to realise their full potential. He also serves as Chairman of the VNIT Alumni Association and is a board member of organisations such as Mycelium.Ecology and Lucid Implants. At ISDM, he teaches the course Technology in Management.
